Paneer is high in protein and a wonderful addition to any vegetarian diet. This combination is a light stir fry of paneer combined with green and red bell peppers which adds a wonderfully crisp texture to the dish. I use my own homemade mixture of spices freshly ground consisting of cumin, coriander seeds, red chili powder and turmeric.You can order the lentils as a side dish (not included as part of the paneer dish).
